Community Health and Eyecare are delighted to announce the extension of our contracted services into the NHS Wakefield CCG, NHS Warwickshire North CCG, NHS South Warwickshire CCG, NHS Coventry and Rugby CCG areas from Tuesday 1st September 2020, where we will be privileged to offer high quality care and support at every stage of your patient’s journey.

Over the years, the Community Eyecare team has built a reputation of patient focused care, ensuring we always remain responsive and considerate to the needs of our patients. Our bespoke state of the art Cataract and Surgical Centres are a beacon of envy, where we are contracted to deliver cataracts, YAG laser and wAMD services across the UK, providing truly end-to-end care for every eye condition whilst supporting the NHS. Our vision is simple. Eyecare delivered in the community to offer patients greater choice, flexibility and
reduced waiting times.

In preparation for September, CHEC will be holding 2 free Webinars for Opticians and their teams in these areas, to provide more information on Community Eyecare’s services, helping optometrists to better understand our referral pathways and provide further advice on referring patients to CHEC.
